The design of our innovative Weigh/Label Systems is modular. It is based on our WLS software module, and comprises of a HEC Touchscreen Unit; Scale base/indicator unit; and either a printer (for manual labelling) or a fully automatic label applicator with a printer.

Yields & Performance
The Production Room In-feed and Weigh/Label System modules output data to the Yield & Recovery Analysis module that provides a comprehensive range of in-depth reports and enquiry functions on Boning room yields and recovery for management review.
This information is available enterprise-wide, in real-time:
- Yield Summary
- Boning Recoveries
- Chiller Loss Summaries
CCC's Production Scheduling & Control module utilises data from the Boning Room In-feed and Weigh/Label System modules to analyse and report on processing performance. The System does this by comparing and analysing the variances between:
- The average expected outcome/yields taken from historic data,
- The outcome/yields calculated by the Production Scheduling & Control software; and,
- The actual production outcome/yield.
