Manual Carton Weigh Label Systems

• The operator selects the product being processed which is then weighed and a label is printed.
• The operator manually applies the label.
• The Software can operate in any of three modes “cut piece”; “carton”; and “mixed modes”, in which the same station weighs and labels each individual piece into a carton, then aggregates the piece data and produces a carton label.
• Choice of printers.
• Generally 60kg base with 10 gram increments.
