Hardware Service
At Cedar Creek we do not just sell you hardware and
walk-away. We recommend to all of our customers that they take out
a service contract with us to ensure the investment you have made
continues to operate in the same manner as when it was first
installed.
When we install all of our equipment, we spend the time to train
your mechanical and electrical staff so that they can help support
the equipment.
We will offer a preventative maintenance contract that will
ensure the equipment runs trouble free, providing the best possible
return on your investment. This involves a service technician
conducting regular visits to service, inspect and clean your
equipment.
We can then work with you to customise a remedial
maintenance agreement that meets your needs and budget.
